Freaks and Geeks

First of all i would just like to say that who ever took this show off the air was an absolute fool. Besides being absolutely hilarious I thought this show represented high school very well. Throughout high school we go through changes such as our views on life, the kind of friends we want to have, our view of what other people think of us, and what kind of person we want to be. It shows how hard high school can be but also shows how rewarding it can be. High school is a time to try new things and find out what kind of person we are and what we are capable of. And its kind of cool to see what we can do, and that there really isnt any limtis to how far we go except the ones we put on ourselves. I though "linds" was a perfect example of how some kids think high school is almost a death trap with no way out. However she soon finds out that high school isnt about what other people think or about who your parents want you to be, but a place to grow up in yourself and find out what kind of person you will be. Its a place to live, grow, and find your true self.
